阶段性居家康复训练应用于单侧全髋关节置换术患者的效果

Effect of staged family rehabilitation training on patients undergoing unilateral total hip arthroplasty

目的探讨阶段性居家康复训练应用于单侧全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)患者的效果。方法将联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院莆田医疗区2020年12月至2021年12月110例行单侧THA患者,按照随机数字表分为对照组55例,给予骨科常规基础康复训练;观察组55例,在对照组基础上给予阶段性居家康复训练,观察两组髋关节功能、疼痛情况、炎症因子水平及术后并发症。结果出院后2个月,观察组髋关节功能评分量表(Harris hip score)中关节功能评分、疼痛评分、肢体畸形评分、关节活动度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率9.08%均低于对照组23.64%(P<0.05)。结论阶段性居家康复训练方法可以帮助单侧THA患者快速恢复髋关节功能,减轻术后的疼痛程度,降低炎症因子水平及并发症的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of staged family rehabilitation in patients with unilateral total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods A total of 110 patients who underwent unilateral total hip replacement from December 2020 to December 2021 in the Putian Medical Center of the 900th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force were divided by random number table into a control group of 55 patients who were given routine basic orthopedic rehabilitation training and an observation group of 55 cases who were given staged family rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The hip function,pain state,inflammatory factor levels and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.Results Two months after discharge,the joint function score,pain score,limb deformity score and joint motion score in terms of Harris hip scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Visual analog scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 9.08%,lower than that of the control group 23.64%,(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged family rehabilitation training can help unilateral THA patients recover hip function quickly,reduce the degree of postoperative pain,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of complications.
