摘要
目的探索临床治疗小儿支原体肺炎时,除了用抗菌药物外,加用布地奈德雾化吸入辅助治疗,辅助治疗对于促进疾病好转所产生的效果与药物安全性。方法抽取100例患有小儿支原体肺炎的患儿设定为分析对象,将患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组的例数是50例,观察组:在常规治疗基础上应用布地奈德的雾化吸入辅助治疗。对照组仅常规治疗方式。对比指标:①止咳、退热、湿啰音等病情恢复时间;雾化前后的肺功能,最大呼气流量,用力肺活量,每分钟最大通气量,PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)等指标。②不良反应发生率。结果①观察组患儿的止咳、退热、湿啰音消失等病情恢复时间;雾化前后的肺功能,最大呼气流量,用力肺活量,每分钟最大通气量,PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)等各项症状好转所需时间缩短,数据与对照组对比P<0.05,具有统计学意义。②观察组药品不良反应的发生率数据与对照组对比(P>0.05)无差别,没有统计学意义,不会因外增加一个药物使用而增加药品的不良反应。结论为了小儿肺炎患儿的预后,建议在常规治疗基础上辅助布地奈德雾化剂进行辅助治疗,会使得疗程缩短各项指标恢复。也不会因为用布地奈德而产生更多的不良反应,因此安全可靠,疗效更佳。
Objective In the exploratory clinical treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children, in addition to antibiotics, budesonide aerosol inhalation adjuvant therapy is used to promote the improvement of the disease and drug safety. Methods One hundred children with infantile pneumonia were divided into observation group(n=50) and control group(n=50). The observation group was treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide on the basis of routine treatment. The control group only received routine treatment. Comparative indicators:(1) cough, fever, wet rales and other recovery time;pulmonary function before and after atomization, maximum expiratory flow, forced vital capacity, maximum ventilation per minute, PaO_(2), PaCO_(2) and other indicators.(2) Incidence of adverse reactions. Results(1) The recovery time of cough, fever and wet rales in the observation group, and the lung function, maximum expiratory flow, forced vital capacity, maximum ventilation per minute, PaO_(2), PaCO_(2) and other symptoms before and after atomization were shortened,compared with the control group, P<0.05.(2) The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was compared with that in the control group(P>0.05). It will not increase the adverse drug reactions due to the addition of one drug. Conclusion For the prognosis of infantile pneumonia, it is suggested that budesonide nebulizer should be supplemented on the basis of routine treatment, which will shorten the course of treatment and restore various indexes. It will not cause more adverse reactions due to the use of budesonide, so it is safe and reliable and the curative effect is better.
