摘要
目的 分析讨论清心宁神汤治疗失眠合并焦虑抑郁的临床疗效。方法 我院于2018年2月1日至2019年2月1日共收治失眠合并焦虑抑郁患者98例,以患者入院单双号为原则将98例失眠合并焦虑抑郁患者划分成两组,包括对照组(n=49)与观察组(n=49),两组均接受我院常规对症治疗,对照组服用天王补心丸,观察组服用清心宁神汤,7 d为一个疗程,共服用三个疗程后分析两种方式的治疗效果。结果 相较于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率较高,复发率明显较低,睡眠障碍评分较低,焦虑、抑郁评分较低,不良反应发生率较低,各项指标均有差异,P <0.05。结论 采取清心宁神汤治疗失眠合并焦虑抑郁,可改善患者睡眠质量以及心理状况,与常规西药相比较,清心宁神汤更具有理想效果,值得临床借鉴采用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical efficacy of Qingxin Ningshen decoction in the treatment of insomnia combined with anxiety and depression. Methods From February 1, 2018 to February 1, 2019, 98 patients with insomnia combined with anxiety and depression were admitted to our hospital. The 98 patients with insomnia combined with anxiety and depression were divided into two groups based on the principle of the single and even number of the patients. In the control group(n=49) and the observation group(n=49), both groups received routine symptomatic treatment in our hospital. The control group took Tianwang Buxin pills, and the observation group took Qingxin Ningshen decoction. 7 days was a course of treatment and a total of three analyze the therapeutic effects of the two methods after a course of treatment. Results Compared with the control group,the observation group has a higher overall effective rate of treatment, a significantly lower recurrence rate, a lower sleep disorder score, lower anxiety and depression scores, and a lower incidence of adverse reactions. There are differences invarious indicators, P<0.05. Conclusion Taking Qingxin Ningshen decoction to treat insomnia combined with anxiety and depression can improve the patient’s sleep quality and psychological status. Compared with conventional western medicine, Qingxin Ningshen decoction has an ideal effect and is worthy of clinical reference.
