小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期综合护理干预效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Children with Bronchial Asthma during Acute Attack

目的 研究对小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期的患儿配合综合护理干预方法对患儿治疗依从性、病情康复有效率、不良反应发生率等产生的影响。方法 将2019年1月至2020年5月到我院进行治疗的68例小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿按照随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组平均34例,分别对两组患儿应用综合护理和常规护理方法进行护理指导,经过不同护理后对两组患儿的治疗依从性等各项指标进行比较。结果 观察组经护理后患儿依从32例,对照组患儿依从21例;观察组患儿的病情康复30例,对照组病情康复20例;观察组患儿出现1例不良反应,对照组出现8例不良反应;观察组患儿的咳嗽咳痰消失时间、喘息症状消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间明显比对照组更短。结论 对于急性发作期的小儿支气管哮喘患儿通过综合护理方法进行干预可以有效提升患儿治疗的依从性和整体病情的康复效率,降低不良反应对患儿机体的影响,促进临床症状更加迅速的缓解,是一种理想的护理方法。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with acute attack of bronchial asthma, such as treatment compliance, rehabilitation efficiency and incidence of adverse reactions. Methods From January 2019 to May 2020 to our hospital for treatment of 68cases of infantile bronchial asthma children with acute phase in accordance with the method of random divided into observation group and control group,each group of average 34 cases, respectively on two groups of children with application of comprehensive nursing care guidance and conventional nursing measures, after different nursing treatment compliance of two groups of children with the indicators such as the comparison. Results After nursing, 32cases of children in the observation group and 21 cases in the control group complied. 30 cases in the observation group and 20 cases in the control group recovered. There was 1 case of ADR in the observation group and 8 cases of ADR in the control group. The disappearance time of cough and sputum,wheezing symptoms and lung rales in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with acute attack bronchial asthma can effectively improve the treatment compliance and the overall recovery efficiency of the disease, reduce the impact of adverse reactions on the body of children, promote the rapid relief of clinical symptoms, is an ideal nursing means.
