血液透析护理中应用心理护理对提高患者舒适度的效果

Effect of Psychological Nursing in Hemodialysis Nursing to Improve the Comfort of Patients

目的 浅析心理护理在血液透析护理中对患者舒适度的影响。方法 纳入本单位2018年1月至2019年12月行血液透析治疗的患者70例作研究样本,采用随机数表法分组,取其中35例为对照组,施行常规护理干预;另35例为试验组,基于对照组护理原则上强化心理护理。比较两组经系统护理干预下的情绪状态、舒适度、生活质量、满意度差异。结果 两组护理前情绪状态、舒适度及生活质量对比无差异(P> 0.05);护理后,试验组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,简化舒适状况量表评分、SF-36评分高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 于血液透析治疗期间加强患者心理护理,可有效改善患者情绪状态,提升患者舒适度及生活质量,临床满意度高。

Objective The influence of psychological nursing on patients’ comfort in hemodialysis nursing. Methods A total of 70 patients who were included in the hemodialysis treatment between January 2018 and December 2019 in our unit were selected as study samples. They were divided into groups by random number table method, and 35 of them were taken as the control group for routine nursing intervention;the other 35 were taken as the experimental group for strengthening psychological nursing based on the principle of nursing in the control group. The differences of emotional state, comfort, quality of life and satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in emotional state, comfort and quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing, SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, simplified comfort scale and SF-36 scores were higher than those of the control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion During hemodialysis treatment, strengthening psychological care can effectively improve patients’ emotional state, improve patients’ comfort and quality of life, with high clinical satisfaction.
