河南省新型冠状病毒感染者核酸/抗原转阴后常见症状中医治疗专家共识

Expert Consensus on Common Symptoms Treatment of Nucleic Acid/Antigen Turning Negative of COVID-19 Infected People in Henan Province by TCM Experts

为有效诊治新型冠状病毒感染者核酸/抗原转阴后临床症状、提高生活质量,由河南中医药大学牵头组织多学科临床及药学专家,参照国际公认的共识形成方法,制定了《河南省新型冠状病毒感染者核酸/抗原转阴后常见症状中医治疗专家共识》,内容包括范围、规范性引用文件、常见临床表现、治疗和注意事项5部分,其中治疗部分为本共识的核心内容,包括综合症状治疗、系统常见症状治疗(呼吸道、胃肠道、心血管、精神神经)和全身症状治疗,并推荐了相应方药及加减和常用中成药,旨在为临床医生的诊治及康复提供参考。

In order to effectively diagnose and treat the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of people infected with novel coronavirus, Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine led the organization of multidisciplinary clinical and pharmaceutical experts, Referring to the internationally recognized consensus formation method, Expert Consensus on Common Symptoms Treatment of Nucleic Acid/Antigen Turning Negative of COVID-19 Infected People in Henan Province by Traditional Chinese Medicine Experts was formulated, which includes five parts, namely, scope, normative references, common clinical manifestations, treatment and precautions.The treatment part is the core content of this consensus, including comprehensive symptom treatment The treatment of common symptoms of the system(respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular, psychiatric) and systemic symptoms, and the corresponding prescription, addition and subtraction and commonly used Chinese patent medicine are recommended.It aims to provide reference for clinicians′ diagnosis and treatment and patients′ rehabilitation.
