毓麟珠加味联合督灸对肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜患者FET周期子宫内膜容受性的影响

Effect of Modified Yulinzhu Combined with Du Meridian Moxibustion on Endometrial Receptivity in FET Cycle with Thin Endometrial and Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的:观察毓麟珠加味联合督灸对肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜患者冻融胚胎移植(freeze-thaw embryo transfer, FET)周期子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法:将64例拟行FET的肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例。两组进入FET周期后均给予激素替代疗法准备子宫内膜。治疗组在进入FET周期前3个月经周期给予毓麟珠加味汤药口服+督灸治疗。比较两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜形态、子宫内膜动脉血流参数水平,以及治疗后两组移植率、妊娠率。结果:治疗后两组子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜形态均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组子宫内膜动脉血流参数搏动指数(pulsatility index, PI)、阻力指数(resistance index, RI)均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组子宫膜动脉血流RI显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组子宫内膜血流PI低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组移植率、妊娠率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:毓麟珠加味联合督灸能改善子宫内膜容受性,提高该类患者FET周期移植率,妊娠率。

Objective: To observe the effect of modified Yulinzhu combined with Du meridian moxibustion on the endometrial receptivity in the freeze-thawed embryo transfer(FET) cycle in patients with thin endometrium of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods: Sixty-four patients with thin endometrium of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 32 cases each.Both groups were given hormone replacement therapy to prepare endometrium after entering the FET cycle;The treatment group was treated with modified Yulinzhu Decoction plus moxibustion for three menstrual cycles before entering the FET cycle.Compare the endometrial thickness, endometrial morphology, endometrial artery blood flow parameters before and after treatment, as well as the transplantation rate and pregnancy rate between the two groups.Results: After treatment, the endometrial thickness and morphology of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05) and that of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the pulsatility index(PI) and resistance index(RI) of endometrial artery blood flow parameters in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05) and latter of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The PI of endometrial blood flow in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment, the transplantation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: modified Yulinzhu combined with Du meridian moxibustion can improve endometrial receptivity, increase the rate of FET cycle transplantation and pregnancy rate in patients.
