乡村振兴背景下地方高职院校园林专业人才培养现状与对策--以湖南省为例

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Landscape Talents Cultivation in Local Vocational Colleges under the Background of Rural Revitalization--Take Hunan Province as an Example

乡村振兴战略实施为园林景观行业带来了新的发展契机,也对地方高职园林专业人才培养提出了新要求。在前期调研基础上,从地方高职园林专业毕业生在乡村园林建设工作中显现的不足入手,采用文本分析、实地访谈、通讯调研等方式,对乡村振兴背景下湖南省8所地方高职院校园林专业人才培养现存的主要问题和背后原因展开分析,并从调整人才培养目标、推动课程及教材改革、推进“校农合作”培养、加强师资队伍建设、完善人才评价体系、构建支持保障体系等方面提出地方高职园林专业人才培养质量提升策略。

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has brought new opportunities for the development of the landscape industry,and also put forward new requirements for the cultivation of landscape professionals in local vocational colleges.On the basis of preliminary research,starting with the deficiencies of landscape architecture graduates of local vocational colleges in rural landscape construction,this paper analyzes the existing major problems and the underlying reasons of landscape architecture talent training in eight local vocational colleges in Hunan Province under the background of rural revitalization by means of text analysis,field interviews,communication research,etc.,and puts forward the promotion strategies for the cultivation of landscape professionals in local vocational colleges from the perspective of adjusting talent training objectives,driving curriculum and teaching material reform,promoting the cultivation of"school agriculture cooperation",strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,improving the talent evaluation system,and building a support and guarantee system.
