摘要
质量评价旨在考察价值思辨引领贯穿大学英语教学的有效性。通过跟踪调查哈尔滨工程大学2017级非英语专业本科生大学英语学习期间对价值思辨能力培养模式的反馈,引入量化评价机制,在SERVQUAL差距评价模型基础上,构建价值思辨引领贯穿大学英语教学质量评价模式,对学生的“期望”和“实际感受”进行比较,发现价值思辨引领贯穿大学英语课程的差距和不足,提出相应的改进和完善对策,从而达到价值思辨引领全面贯穿大学英语教育教学的目的。
The purpose of quality evaluation is to examine the effectiveness of value thinking in guiding college English teaching.Through tracking the feedback of 2017 non-English major undergraduates on the training mode of value thinking ability during college English learning in Harbin Engineering University,the quantitative evaluation mechanism is introduced,and based on the SERVQUAL gap evaluation model,the evaluation mode of value thinking leading through college English teaching quality is constructed,and the“expectations”and“actual feelings”of students are compared.This paper finds out the gaps and deficiencies of value thinking leading through college English courses,and puts forward corresponding improvement and perfection countermeasures,so as to achieve the purpose of value thinking guiding through college English education and teaching.
