摘要
将弹性教学理念引入教学过程,教师采用灵活多变的教学策略,尊重每一个学生的个人价值,适时引导、教育,使学生以适合自己的方式充分发展。建立完善的弹性教学质量保障体系,推进教育创新,对快速提升教师在线教学能力、实现学生有效学习和个性化发展具有重要意义。
When introducing the flexible teaching concept into teaching process,teachers should adopt flexible teaching strategies,respect each student’s personal value,guide and educate students in time,so that students can fully develop in their own way.The establishment of a perfect flexible teaching quality assurance system and the promotion of educational innovation are of great significance for the rapid improvement of teachers’online teaching ability and the realization of students’effective learning and their personalized development.
