研究生党支部是高校培养时代新人的重要阵地和有力抓手。构建高校研究生党支部“十大育人”体系,每一个子体系都有其鲜明的育人作用,充分挖掘与联动十个子体系的育人要素和实践途径,促进研究生党支部工作填补育人主体的“空位”、补充育人时间的“空档”、清除育人空间的“死角”,助推高校研究生党员教育管理“三全育人”格局的建构,增强研究生党员教育管理工作的规范性与科学性。
