摘要
嫩枝扦插必须克服插穗基部腐烂难题,研究中注意到外施IBA可能缓解腐烂现象。为此,利用全光喷雾技术开展嫩梢扦插试验,测定腐烂动态和内源酚类物质含量,研究IBA效应。结果表明,外施IBA延迟嫩梢插穗约10 d,全程降低腐烂率,插龄80 d时腐烂率低于对照约11百分点;插龄0d时降低总酚,小幅度提升儿茶素;全程抑制总酚上升并维持总酚小幅度低于对照;0~30 d时段降低儿茶素至低于对照水平,30~90 d时段维持儿茶素低于对照。分析认为,外源IAB缓解嫩梢插穗腐烂现象的机理:调控降低总酚阻碍生根的效应,调控提升儿茶素专性广谱抗菌的效应。
The root rot of cuttings must be overcome.It was noted in the study that external application of IBA could alleviate the rot.In order to study IBA effect,the full light spray technique was used to test the dynamic decomposition and the content of endogenous phenols.The results showed that external application of IBA delayed the tender shoot for about 10 days and reduced the rot rate throughout the whole process.At 80days of interplanting age,the rot rate was about 11 percentage points lower than the control group.Total phenol was decreased and catechin was slightly increased at 0 d of insertion age.The whole process of inhibiting the rise of total phenol and maintaining total phenol slightly lower than the control group;During 0-30 days,catechin was decreased to lower than the control level,and during 30-90 days,catechin was maintained to be lower than the control level.According to the analysis,the mechanism of exogenous IAB alleviating the rot of young cuttings is as follows:it regulates the effect of reducing the rooting obstruction of total phenol,and enhances the effect of catechin specific broad-spectrum antibacterial.
