摘要
在实施退耕还林工程的过程中,凤山县探索成功石漠化山地核桃模式,效益良好,对巩固退耕还林和脱贫攻坚成果意义重大。在推广核桃模式过程,凤山县的主要经验包括坚持换届不换产业、各种资金捆绑投入、技术服务到村屯、以奖代扶。截止2021年,凤山县退耕还林核桃种植面积0.61万hm2,2021年产值0.31亿元。
Fengshan County had explored a Juglans regia development model with good economic benefits and broad application prospects in the process of implementing the conversion of farmland to forests,which provided technical support for the overall promotion of the conversion of farmland to forests project.In the process of promoting walnut model,the main experience of Fengshan County includes insisting on the change of industry,all kinds of capital bundle investment,technical services to the village,with awards instead of help.By 2021,the walnut plantation area of Fengshan County was 0.61 million hm2,with an output value of 0.31million yuan in 2021.
