华为的“灰度”、芙丽特的“建设性的矛盾”与执行力

摘要 华为的“灰度”和芙丽特的“建设性的矛盾”都倡导换位思考、双向思维,强调在解决矛盾问题上的创造性,通过思维的创造性,勾画解决矛盾的建设性方案,找出解决矛盾的切入点,进而架起通向“融合统一”的金桥,使矛盾得以解决、事物得以发展,这种解决矛盾的方式方法,对提升人们的执行力有着重要的现实意义。 Huawei’s “Grayscale”, Fritte’s “Constructive Contradiction” both advocate empathy and two-way thinking, emphasize creativity in resolving contradictions, outline constructive solutions to solve contradictions through creativity in thinking, find out the entry point to solve contradictions, and then build a golden bridge to “integration and unification”, so that contradictions can be solved and things can develop. This way of dealing with contradictions and solving contradictions is of great practical significance for improving people’s executive power.
