Intertextuality in Discursive Construction of Government Identity——Case Study of Online Inquiry via Shaoguan 12345 Platform

网络问政是现场办公的延续,是政府形象在虚拟网络空间的体现。互文性是现代话语组织的常态,也是身份建构的话语手段。在对韶关网络问政平台问政实例分析中发现,充分理解和运用互文性策略、合理建构话语身份,通过与网民在网络问政互动中切实解决民生问题,同时通过政府各部门的共同努力,在平台树立积极正面的政府形象,是现代政府线上办公的重要必修课之一。

Response to online inquiries is the extension of face-to-face office hours and the demonstration of a government’s virtual image on cyberspace. Intertextuality is pervasive in modern discourse and a discursive device for identity construction. Case study of Shaoguan online inquiries platform shows that understanding and application of intertextuality in the discursive construction of government identity in the correspondence with netizens, effectively solving their livelihood issues and at the same time with collective collaboration, building up a positive image of the government by joint efforts of all its divisions, is significant for the online office of a modern government.
