摘要
总承包模式下需要一个与总包商相匹配的综合性咨询企业为EPC项目提供全过程工程咨询服务。通过分析EPC项目全过程工程咨询采用联合体组织模式的必要性及可行性,提出以“设计院+项目管理公司”为盟主企业的联合体组织模式,探讨联合体中跨组织团队组织结构及工作机制,为EPC项目全过程工程咨询提供新的思路。
Under the general contracting mode,a comprehensive consulting enterprise matching with the general contractor is required to provide whole-process consulting services for the EPC project. By analyzing the necessity and feasibility of adopting the consortium organization mode in the whole consultation process of EPC project,this paper proposes the consortium organization mode with “design institute + project management company” as the leading enterprise,and discusses the organizational structure and working mechanism of cross organizational team in the consortium,which provides new ideas for the whole process engineering consultation of EPC project.
