归芪养血补气汤联合腹针治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕气血亏虚证临床观察

Efficacy observation of Guiqi Yangxue Buqi decoction and abdominal acupuncture on vertebrobasilar insufficiency-caused vertigo with syndrome of qi-blood deficiency

目的:观察归芪养血补气汤联合腹针治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性(VBI)眩晕气血亏虚证的临床疗效。方法:选取VBI眩晕患者68例,中医辨证均为气血亏虚证,随机分为两组各34例。对照组予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予归芪养血补气汤联合腹针治疗。均连续治疗21天,比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、眩晕程度、椎基底动脉血流变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为88.24%高于对照组的67.65%(P<0.05)。治疗组中医症状主症评分、次症评分及总分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组DHI、DARS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组LVA、RVA、BA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:归芪养血补气汤联合腹针治疗VBI眩晕气血亏虚证的疗效确切,有助于改善患者中医症状,缓解眩晕程度,改善椎基底动脉血流动力学。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Guiqi Yangxue Buqi decoction and abdominal acupuncture on vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI)-caused vertigo with syndrome of qi-blood deficiency.Methods:68 cases of selected patients with VBI vertigo with syndrome of qi-blood deficiency were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,while the treatment group was treated plus with Guiqi Yangxue Buqi decoction and abdominal acupuncture on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 21 days.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,degree of vertigo and change of vertebrobasilar artery blood flow were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 88.24%,which was higher than 67.65% of control group(P<0.05).The main symptom score,secondary symptom score and total score of TCM symptoms in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of DHI and DARS of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVA,RVA and BA of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guiqi Yangxue Buqi decoction and abdominal acupuncture has a definite curative effect on VBI vertigo with syndrome of qi-blood deficiency,which is helpful to improve TCM symptoms of patients,alleviate the degree of vertigo,and improve the hemodynamics of vertebrobasilar artery.
