止痛如神汤治疗混合痔术后疼痛疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Zhitong Rushen decoction on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids

目的:观察止痛如神汤治疗混合痔术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将混合痔术后患者100例随机分为两组各50例。对照组予洛芬待因缓释片治疗,治疗组予止痛如神汤治疗,连续用药6天后,比较两组的VAS评分及简氏McGill疼痛问卷评分,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的88.00%(P<0.05);治疗组VAS评分及简氏McGill疼痛问卷评分较治疗前有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组间比较也有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:止痛如神汤可明显改善混合痔术后患者疼痛的临床症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhitong Rushen decoction on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:100 cases of postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Compound Codeine Phosphate and Ibuprofen Sustained Release Tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Zhitong Rushen decoction.After 6 days of continuous medication,VAS scores and short form McGill pain questionnaire scores were compared between two groups.The clinical efficacy was observed in two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.00%,which was higher than 88.00% of control group(P<0.05);VAS score and short form McGill pain questionnaire scores of treatment group were statistically different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was statistical difference compared between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhitong Rushen decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of pain of postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids.
