结晶型氨基酸洁面膏的制备及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以椰油酰甘氨酸钾为主要表面活性剂制备了一款结晶型氨基酸洁面膏。在固定主氨基酸表面活性剂含量的情况下,讨论了甘油含量、酸化程度、乳化剂以及盐的添加量对氨基酸洁面膏稳定性的影响,以及辅助氨基酸表面活性剂椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠在配方中的应用和性能研究,并对最终配方进行消费者评价。结果表明,该氨基酸洁面膏性能稳定,泡沫丰富、温和,肤感清爽,工艺简单,能够满足生产以及应用要求。 A crystalline amino acid cleansing cream was prepared using potassium cocoyl glycinate as the main surfactant.When the concentration of potassium cocoyl glycinate was fixed,the effects of glycerol content,degree of acidification,emulsifier and the amount of salt added on the stability of the amino acid cleansing cream were discussed.The application and properties of sodium methyl cocoyl taurate in the formulation as a cosurfactant were also discussed.Furthermore,the final formula was evaluated by consumers.The results show that,the amino acid cleansing cream has stable performance,rich foam and mild,refreshing skin feel,and moreover,it can be easily produced,which can meet the requirements of production and application.
