摘要
电商的发展促进农村经济条件改善,显著地提高了我国农村居民的生活水平,对农民增收也产生一定影响。本文基于我国2013—2019年31个省级面板数据,实证检验了电商发展对农民增收的影响,并剖析地区差异性。进行一系列稳健性检验后得出结论:电商发展可以显著促进农民增收,且对东部地区的增收效果远远大于中部和西部地区。从影响机制来看,对外开放、产业结构和人均农作物播种面积对该效应产生了显著的正向促进作用;经济发展水平作为调节变量,在电商发展和农民收入之间存在正向调节效应;农民返乡就业的中介变量也显著促进了农民增收。根据实证分析的结果,从提高电商发展水平、完善信息技术等数字基础设施等角度提出促使农民增收的建议对策。
The development of E-commerce has promoted the improvement of rural economic conditions,significantly improved the living standards of rural residents in China,and also had a certain impact on farmers’ income.Based on 31 provincial panel data from 2013 to2019,this paper empirically tested the imp act of E-commerce development on farmers’ income and analyzed regional differences.After a series of robustness tests,it is concluded that the development of E-commerce can significantly promote the income of farmers,and the income increase effect in the eastern region is far greater than that in the central and western regions.From the perspective of impact mechanism,opening to the outside world,industrial structure and per capita planting area of crops have significantly promoted this effect;As a regulatory variable,the level of economic development has a positive regulatory effect between E-commerce development and farmers’ income;At the same time,the intermediary variable of farmers’ returning home employment also significantly promoted farmers’ income.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,this paper will propose suggestions and countermeasures to promote farmers’ income increase from the perspective of improving the development level of E-commerce,improving information technology and other digital infrastructure.
