中国海洋渔业存在生产主体组织化程度低、三产融合程度低、各环节利益机制不紧密、渔村集体经营能力欠缺等诸多问题,严重制约了现代海洋渔业的可持续和高质量发展。在此背景下,浙江温州瑞安华盛水产有限公司通过创新发展,探索出一条现代海洋渔业高质量发展新路径,形成了具有时代特色、产业特色的“华盛模式”。本文在深入调研基础上,阐述了“华盛模式”产生背景,解读了“华盛模式”内涵,总结了“华盛模式”启示,以期为中国现代海洋渔业高质量发展提供经验借鉴和理论支撑。

There are many problems in China’s marine fishery, such as the low degree of organization of the main body of production,the low degree of integration of the three industries, the loose interest mechanism of each link, and the lack of collective management ability of fishing villages, which seriously restrict the sustainable and high-quality development of modern marine fishery. In this context,Zhejiang Wenzhou Ruian Huasheng Fisheries Co., Ltd. has explored a new path for high-quality development of modern marine fisheries through innovative development, and formed a "Huasheng Model" with characteristics of the times and industry. On the basis of in-depth research, this paper expounds the background of "Huasheng Model", interprets the connotation of "Huasheng Model", and summarizes the enlightenment of "Huasheng Model", with a view to providing experience and theoretical support for the high-quality development of modern marine fisheries in China.
