摘要
目的 观察蒲公英、金银花水提剂及颗粒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌及蜡样芽孢杆菌的体外抑菌效果。方法 应用琼脂打孔法分别测定蒲公英、金银花水提剂和颗粒剂的抑菌效果,应用肉汤稀释法测定蒲公英、金银花水提剂和颗粒剂的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),应用微量棋盘稀释法测定蒲公英、金银花水提剂及颗粒剂的联合抑菌作用。结果 体外抑菌结果显示,蒲公英水提剂及颗粒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌及蜡样芽孢杆菌均有一定的抑菌作用,金银花水提剂及颗粒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有抑菌作用,对白色念珠菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌无抑菌作用,且蒲公英和金银花颗粒剂的抑菌作用均优于水提剂;蒲公英和金银花的颗粒剂联用及水提剂联用对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的分级抑菌浓度(FIC)指数均为0.75、1,联合抑菌呈现相加作用。结论 蒲公英的抑菌作用优于金银花,且两种中药颗粒剂的抑菌作用均优于水提剂,两者联用抑菌效果增强。
Objective To observe the antibacterial effect of dandelion and honeysuckle water extracts and granules on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Bacillus cereus in vitro. Methods The bacteriostatic effect of dandelion, honeysuckle water extract and granules was determined by agar punching method, the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of dandelion, honeysuckle water extract and granules was determined by broth dilution method, and the combined antibacterial effects of dandelion, honeysuckle water extract and granules were determined by micro-checkerboard dilution method. Results The in vitro antibacterial results showed that the dandelion water extract and granules had certain antibacterial effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Bacillus cereus. Honeysuckle water extract and granules had antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, but no antibacterial effect on Candida albicans and Bacillus cereus, and the antibacterial effects of dandelion and honeysuckle granules were better than water extracts;The FIC index of dandelion and honeysuckle in combination with granules and water extract against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were both 0.75 and 1, and the combined antibacterial effect was additive. Conclusion The antibacterial effect of dandelion is better than that of honeysuckle, and the antibacterial effect of the two traditional Chinese medicine granules is better than that of the water extract, and the antibacterial effect of the two is enhanced.
