紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗老年食管癌的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of senile esophageal cancer

目的 观察紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗老年食管癌的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年2月—2019年8月云南省曲靖市第一人民医院收治的老年食管癌患者110例,利用数字分配法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。观察组患者给予紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗,对照组患者给予氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂治疗,2组均治疗2个周期。比较2组患者治疗效果,治疗前后生活质量评分及不良反应。结果 观察组患者总有效率为94.55%,高于对照组的72.73%(χ^(2)=9.565,P=0.002);治疗2个周期后,2组患者活动能力、身体状况及吞咽功能评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者不良反应总发生率为3.64%,低于对照组的16.36%(χ^(2)=4.949,P=0.026)。结论 紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗老年食管癌效果显著,可延缓病情进展,延长患者的生命,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of senile esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with esophageal cancer admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Qujing, Yunnan Province from February 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group by number allocation method, with 55 cases in each group. Observation group was treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin, control group was treated with fluorouracil combined with cisplatin, and both groups were treated for 2 cycles.Treatment effect, life quality score before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.55%, which was higher than that of control group(72.73%)(χ^(2)=9.565, P=0.002). After 2 cycles of treatment, the scores of activity ability, body condition and swallowing function in 2 groups were higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.01). The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 3.64%, which was lower than that in control group(16.36%)(χ^(2)=4.949, P=0.026). Conclusion Paclitaxel combined with cisplatin has remarkable therapeutic effect in the treatment of elderly esophageal cancer, which can delay the progression of the disease and prolong the life of patients. It is worth popularizing and applying.
