Mechanism and Path of Effective Connection Between Undergraduate Vocational Education and Industrial Development

分析本科层次职业教育与产业协调发展的内涵和联动关系,阐述本科层次职业教育在产业发展下形成适应产教融合、校企一体化发展的机制,探索本科层次职业教育与产业发展有效对接的路径。实现本科层次职业教育与产业发展的有效对接,需要优化专业布局结构、深化课程教材建设与教法改革、实化学生实习实训环节、细化“双师型”教师队伍建设。

The connotation and linkage of coordinated development between undergraduate vocational education and industry is analyzed, the mechanism fitting industry-education integration and school-enterprise integration formed in undergraduate vocational education with the development of industry is discussed, the path of effective connection between undergraduate vocational education and industrial development is explored. To achieve the effective connection between undergraduate vocational education and industrial development, vocational colleges need to optimize layout structure of specialties, deepen the construction of curriculum and teaching materials and the reform of teaching methods, implement students’ internship and practical training and take concrete measures to construct double-qualified teaching staff.
