海洋工程典型装备结构随机响应预测研究进展

摘要 海洋资源的开发是我国海洋战略的重要组成部分,然而我国的海洋资源开发用海洋工程装备设计分析等技术与国际先进水平仍有一定差距,特别是一些高端海洋工程装备受到同领域国际企业的制约,直接“卡脖子”我国深远海开发技术的发展。服役于海洋环境下的工程装备会承受波浪、流、风等典型随机荷载的长期作用。因此,海洋工程装备随机响应的准确预测一直是该领域的研究热点。本文首先对海洋工程装备结构特征进行归类总结,对海洋环境荷载随机分析理论研究现状进行系统阐述;进而针对不同类型的海洋工程装备的随机响应预测分析研究现状进行了系统梳理,并总结了目前不同装备响应分析所面临的瓶颈问题。上述工作对我国海洋工程装备高精度随机响应分析研究方向与工程应用提供了基础理论和技术参考。 The marine resource exploitation is an important part of China’s marine strategy.However,related technologies such as the design and analysis of marine engineering equipment in China still have a certain gap with the international level.In particular,some high-tech marine engineering equipment is seriously restricted by international companies in the same field,which directly constraints China’s development in the deep and open sea exploitation technology.Engineering equipment serving in the marine environment is subjected to the long-term action from typical stochastic loads such as waves,currents,and wind,etc.Therefore,accurate prediction of the stochastic response of marine engineering equipment has always been a research hotspot in this field.This paper first classifies and summarizes the structural characteristics of marine engineering equipment,and then systematically expounds the research status of the stochastic analysis theory of marine environmental loads,and further,systematically sorts out the research status of stochastic response prediction analysis of different types of the marine engineering equipment,and summarizes the bottleneck problems confronted with the response analysis of different equipment at present for different types of marine engineering equipment respectively.In conclusion,this paper can provide reference suggestions for the research direction of high-precision stochastic response analysis of marine engineering equipment.The work mentioned above provides basic theory and technical reference for the research direction and engineering application of high-precision random response analysis of offshore engineering equipment in China.
