摘要
为了弥补对于海底管道碰撞监测识别方面研究的不足,防止海底管道在铺设、运营期间发生碰撞而失效,提出了一种基于信号能量特征的海底管道碰撞识别方法。该方法通过在单位管长上布置一定数量的数据提取点,可对撞击位置进行有效识别,当提取点间距在1/6倍管长以内时,平均定位误差小于0.3 m;当提取点间距小于1/10倍管长时,平均定位误差小于0.15 m。在撞击位置识别的基础上,结合构建的结构应力衰减曲线,可进一步对撞击点应力进行有效识别。本文利用有限元数值模拟验证了该方法的准确性,分析确定了经济有效的数据提取点方案,为实际碰撞的识别提供技术参考。
To make up for the lack of research on the monitoring and impact identification of submarine pipelines, and prevent submarine pipelines from failure due to the impact during laying and operation, this paper presents a method for identification of submarine pipelines based on signal power characteristics. It is found that, through reasonable arrangement of data extraction points on the sensor, this method can identify the collision position effectively. The positioning error is less than 0.3 m in average when the distance between extraction points is shorter than 1/6 of pipe length, and lower than 0.15 m in average when the distance is shorter than 1/10 of pipe length. Based on identification of the impact location, the stress under impact can be further identified effectively by combination with the constructed structural stress attenuation curve. The accuracy of the method is verified through numerical simulation by the finite element method, and an economic and effective scheme of data extraction point is determined, providing technical reference for actual collision identification.
