悬链线型海洋脐带缆涡激振动响应分析 被引量:1

摘要 海洋脐带缆在位工作时经常会受到涡激振动(vortex-induced vibration,VIV)的影响,其影响程度与众多因素有关,如外界影响因素波浪和自身影响因素脐带缆铠装层数等。本文针对某悬链线型海洋脐带缆的涡激振动现象,基于尾流振子模型对脐带缆进行分析,借助OrcaFlex软件,研究了脐带缆在水深1 000 m的情况下不同海流流速和不同铠装层数对涡激振动的影响。分析结果表明,脐带缆在靠近海面和海底处所受到的海流VIV的影响较大,且随着重现期的增大而影响愈加明显。根据上述结论,可以对脐带缆涡激振动影响最为明显的部位进行改进,从而提高脐带缆的抗涡激振动性能。 Marine umbilical cables are often affected by vortex-induced vibration(VIV) during operation. There are many factors, such as the external influences—waves, and the self-influencing factors—the number of umbilical cable armor layers. In this paper, the VIV phenomenon of a marine umbilical cable with catenary-type global configuration is studied. The wake oscillator model is introduced to analyze the umbilical cable. Moreover, the effect of different current velocity and number of armor layers on VIV of umbilical cable at the water depth of 1000 m is studied by OrcaFlex. The results show that the influence of VIV on the umbilical cable closer to the sea surface and the seabed is greater, and the influence becomes more and more obvious with the increase of the return period. A conclusion can be drawn from the above analyses that the corresponding structural improvement measures can be taken for the parts where the influence of VIV on umbilical cable is most obvious, so as to improve the anti-VIV performance of the umbilical cable.
