摘要
为满足国内复杂海工结构物制造业工艺质量精确追溯需求,改善质量追溯效率,提出一种基于贝叶斯网络的复杂海工结构物工艺质量追溯方法。使用批次清单(BOL)构建制造过程中间产品工艺追溯模型,在此基础上完成贝叶斯网络构建。利用团树传播原理简化贝叶斯网络,提高追溯算法效率;以零部件出库时间为约束,提高工艺质量追溯准确性。系统验证表明,本文方法可在追溯中准确定位复杂海工结构物工艺质量问题,满足企业相关需求。
In order to meet the accurately tracing requirement of process quality for China complex marine structures manufacturing industry, and improve the efficiency of quality tracing, this paper presents a method of process quality tracing of complex marine structures based on Bayesian network. Bill of lots(BOL) is used to construct the process tracing model of the intermediate products in the manufacturing process, and the Bayesian network is constructed on this basis. The clustering tree propagation principle is used to simplify Bayesian networks, which improve the efficiency of tracing algorithm. The accuracy of process quality traceability is improved with the constraint of delivery time of parts.Systematic verification shows that the proposed method can accurately locate the process quality problems of complex offshore structures in traceability, and meet relevant requirements of enterprises.
