电诱发听性脑干反应在人工耳蜗植入中的应用

摘要 人工耳蜗植入是治疗重度、极重度耳聋的重要手段,其效果依赖于听神经通路的完整性。在对无残余听力耳聋患者的术前评估中,电诱发听性脑干反应(EABR)能直接刺激听神经末梢,较常规的听力学测试更具有优势。本文针对该技术在特殊病例人工耳蜗植入及术后调机中的应用进行综述。 Cochlear implantation is an important method to treat severe and extremely severe deafness, and its effect depends on the integrity of the auditory nerve pathway. In the preoperative evaluation of hearing-impaired patients without residual hearing,electrically evoked auditory brainstem responses(EABR) can directly stimulate auditory nerve, which has advantages over conventional audiology tests. This review will briefly introduce the clinical value and postoperative programming in recent years.
