Solution on Material Weight Reduction and Cost Reduction of Hot Stamping Parts

针对某车型前地板中通道热成形制件材料减重降本带来的制件尺寸精度问题,利用Autoform模拟分析,制定最优的尺寸精度达成方案。研究成果对后期车型开发料厚t<1mm的热成形制件具有参考和指导作用。

In this paper,aiming at the dimensional accuracy problem caused by thc material weight and cost reduction of hot-formed parts in the front floor of a vehicle,Autoform simulation analysis was used to develop the optimal dimensional accuracy scheme.The research results of this paper can be used as reference and guidance for the later development of hot-formed parts with material thickness t<1mm.
