摘要
对影响前大梁封板翻边开裂的毛刺、拉伤及最大失效值等原因进行了分析。通过在翻边前增加预变形工序,降低翻边过程中的切向拉应力,结合Autoform软件进行分析及优化,将最大失效值控制到0.8以下,并更改模具进行批量生产验证,解决了翻边开裂问题。
The causes of burr,strain and Maxfilure of flanging cracking of sealing plate of front beam were analyzed.By adding pre-deformation process before flanging to reduce tangential tensile stress in flanging process,combining Autoform software for analysis and optimization,the Maxfilure is controlled helow O.8,and changing the die for batch production verification,the flanging cracking problem is solved.
