摘要
以特殊旋钮的结构细节作为深入分析对象,通过两副模具设计方案优劣对比,发现强行脱模方案存在设计隐患,最终选定斜顶方案作为本案例塑件的脱模设计。同时也介绍了内部筋位卡扣的薄钢斜顶补强的方法。
With the structural details of the special knobs as the object of in-depth analysis,through the two mold design scheme comparison,found the forced demoulding scheme there is a hidden danger in the design,and finally selected the angle ejector pin scheme as the demoulding design of this case product.At the same time,it also introduces the method of reinforcing thin stel angle ejector pin of internal rib position undercut of clasp.
