摘要 FDM成型工艺的3D打印技术成本低、可打印材料多样,在多个领域得到了广泛的应用,但其打印速度慢在大模型制作以及小批量生产中受到限制。本文从提高移动速度入手,选用适合高速打印的UM结构,采用Marlin固件,利用FOC驱动的无刷电机代替X轴和Y轴的步进电机。所选用的无刷电机理论最大打印速度可以达到2,000mm/s;由于成型平台尺寸限制,理论最高打印速度为547.7mm/s;设置打印速度为400mm/s时对照组步进电机产生非常严重的丢步,撞击了打印机的边框,而无刷电机仍能完成模型打印;继续提高到500mm/s时由于喷头挤出速度和冷却速度与打印系统无法正常成型。 The 3D printing technology of FDM molding process has low cost and various printable materials,and has been widely used in many fields.However,large model production and small batch production are limited,because the printing speed is slow.In this paper,the moving speed of FDM is the subject.We used the UM structure,suitable for high-speed printing,and the Marlin firmware,and the FOC driven brushless motor is used to replace the X axis and Y axis stepping motor.The theoretical maximum printing speed of the selected brushless motor can reach 2,00Omm/s;Due to the limitation of the forming platform's size,the theoretical maximum printing speed is 547.7mm/s;When the printing speed is set to 400mm/s,the step loss of stepper motor,used for the control group,is very serious to hit the 3D printer's frame,while the brushless motor can still complete the model printing;When the speed increased to 500mm/s,the printing system cannot worked normally,due to the extrusion speed of the nozzle and cooling speed.
