Study on Quality Level of Large Electroslag Plastic Mold Steel DLXPMESR

我国大型电渣塑料模具钢(单重≥20t)因质量水平差,主要依赖进口材料,为了找出差距所在,取长补短,采用成分、纯净度、硬度、冲击、高倍金相等检验手段,对国内外DLXPMESR相似产品进行对比研究,结果表明,成分、宏观硬度、纯净度等方面和国外先进水平相当,某些方面甚至优于国外材料,但在显微组织均匀性以及显微硬度均匀性方面仍与国外材料存在一定的差距。

Due to the poor quality level of large electroslag plastic mold steel(unit weight≥20t)in China,it mainly depends on imported materials.In order to find out where the gap lies and learn from each other's strengths,a comparative study of DLXPMESR similar products at home and abroad was conducted by means of composition,purity,hardness,impact,high magnification gold,etc.The results show that the composition,macro hardness,purity,etc.are equivalent to foreign advanced levels,and even superior to foreign materials in some aspects.However,there is still a certain gap with foreign materials in the uniformity of microstructure and microhardness.
