氩气球罐裂纹原因分析及修复措施

摘要 采用超声检测对氩气球罐内外表面焊缝进行无损检测时,在内表面发现一处超标缺陷,进一步采用TOFD检测技术对缺陷进行定量检测。通过裂纹产生的部位、宏观检验状况、常规表面探伤检测分析延迟裂纹的特性,并介绍裂纹的产生原因和修复措施。 When ultrasonic testing was used to conduct nondestructive testing on the inner and outer surface welds of argon balloon tanks, a defect exceeding the standard was found on the inner surface, and TOFD testing technology was further used to conduct quantitative testing on the defect. The characteristics of delayed cracks were analyzed through the location of cracks, macroscopic inspection status and conventional surface flaw detection, and the causes of cracks and repair measures were introduced.
