压力容器的超期服役现象普遍存在,目前针对于超期服役设备的定期检验主要是增加常规检验项目或比例。结合超期服役压力容器的运行现状、基于风险的检验理念、定期检验要求,根据设备本身的风险等级确定检验措施及检测比例,在使用单位安全管理、检验检测、损伤机理识别上提出安全评估建议,依据评估情况制定相应的检验方案,有效排除风险和隐患,确保超期服役压力容器安全运行。
