摘要
目的:探讨“五个一”临床护理带教在护理专业来华留学生临床实习中的应用效果。方法:选取2020至2021学年我院护理专业来华实习生20名为研究对象,按学号顺序编号。随机抽取留学生10人纳入对照组,采用普通结对教学,另外10人纳入试验组,采用“五个一”临床护理带教。通过出科考核、出勤率考核以及调查问卷形式评估教学效果。结果:试验组教学效果、出勤率及满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组留学生对“五个一”临床护理带教的评价较好。结论:“五个一”临床护理带教有助于提高护理专业来华留学生学习态度,提升出勤率及满意度,促进其医学专业知识的提高,值得在临床教学中推广应用。
Objective: to explore the effect of “Five One” clinical nursing teaching in the clinical practice of foreign nursing students in China. Methods: 20 nursing students from our hospital in 2020-2021 academic year were selected as the study subjects, and their student numbers were numbered in order. Randomly selected 10 foreign students into the control group, the use of ordinary paired teaching, 10 students into the experimental group, using the“Five One” clinical nursing teaching. Through attendance assessment, attendance assessment and questionnaires to assess the teaching effect. Results: the teaching effect, attendance rate and satisfaction degree of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: “Five One” clinical nursing teaching is helpful to improve the study attitude, attendance rate and satisfaction degree of foreign nursing students in China, and promote their medical professional knowledge, it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical teaching.
