摘要
目的:通过探讨基于CBL的情景模拟教学在实习留学生创面换药教学中的应用效果,研究在全外科领域实践教学中应用、推广该教学方法的可能性。方法:将67名临床实习留学生随机分为对照组和试验组,分别接受传统教学法和基于CBL的情景模拟教学法带教。结果:试验组的留学生各项指标优于对照组。结论:基于CBL的情景模拟教学在留学生创面换药的实习带教中应用效果良好,值得在留学生外科临床带教中推广。
Objective: To explore the application effect of scenario simulation teaching based on CBL in the teaching of dressing change of wounds for international students, and to study the possibility of applying and promoting this teaching method in the practice teaching of the field of total surgery. Methods :67 clinical students were randomly divided into two groups to receive traditional teaching mode and CBL based situational simulation teaching mode. Results: The assessment results of students in the situational simulation teaching group were better than those in the traditional teaching group. Conclusion: The situation simulation teaching based on CBL has a good application effect in the practice teaching of wound dressing change for international students, which is worthy of promotion in the clinical teaching of surgery for international students.
