摘要
目的:探讨翻转课堂联合案例分析法在流行病学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2018级护理本科74名学生为试验组,采用翻转课堂联合案例分析教学法;88名学生为对照组,沿用传统教学法进行流行病学教学。教学完成后,比较两组的考核成绩和对教学效果的满意度。结果:两组学生的考核成绩及对教学效果的满意度有显著差异,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂联合案例分析教学法的教学效果良好,试验组的流行病学理论知识和应用能力均得到提高。
Objective: To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with case-based teaching method in the epidemiology course. Methods: 74 nursing undergraduates of grade 2018 were selected as the experimental group, and flipped classroom combined with case-based teaching method was adopted. 88 students as the control group, followed the traditional method of epidemiology teaching. After the completion of the teaching, the two groups were compared in terms of their scores and satisfaction with the teaching effect. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups of students’ scores and satisfaction with teaching effect, the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: There is a good teaching effect of flipped classroom combined with case-based teaching method, and the theoretical knowledge and application ability of epidemiology in the experimental group are improved.
