摘要
目的:研究观察超声引导脊神经阻滞联合DAVID脊柱系统训练治疗慢性腰痛的临床疗效。方法:选取北京中医药大学房山医院2020年8月至2022年8月收治的慢性腰痛患者80例作为研究对象。采用随机分组的方式将其均分为对照组与观察组。对照组40例患者单纯采用超声引导脊神经阻滞疗法进行治疗,观察组40例患者采用超声引导脊神经阻滞联合DAVID脊柱系统训练疗法进行治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者的VAS评分、Oswestry评分相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组患者治疗后的VAS评分和Oswestry评分均更低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者腰椎关节的前屈、后伸、左旋、右旋活动度相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组患者治疗后腰椎关节的前屈、后伸、左旋、右旋活动度均更大(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导脊神经阻滞联合DAVID脊柱系统训练治疗慢性腰痛的临床疗效显著,能够改善患者的运动功能障碍症状,缓解其疼痛感。此法值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To study and observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided spinal nerve block combined with DAVID spinal system training in the treatment of chronic lumbago.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic lumbago admitted to Fangshan Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.40 patients in the control group were treated with ultrasound-guided spinal nerve block alone,and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with ultrasound-guided spinal nerve block combined with DAVID spinal system training therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS scores and Oswestry scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with control group,observation group had lower VAS score and Oswestry score after treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the anterior flexion,posterior extension,left rotation and right rotation motion of lumbar joint(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the anterior flexion,posterior extension,left and right rotation of the lumbar joint in the observation group were greater after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided spinal nerve block combined with DAVID spinal system training has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic lumbago,which can improve the symptoms of motor dysfunction and relieve the pain.This method is worth popularizing in clinic.
