陆启滨教授辨治崩漏的临床经验探析

Analysis of Professor Lu Qibin’s clinical experience in differential treatment of caving leakage

崩漏为中医病名,是女性月经量、月经周期发生异常的一种病症。陆启滨教授强调“澄源”之法应贯穿崩漏治疗的始终,认为非澄源则流无以塞,非求本则旧不得复。临证治疗时提出崩漏出血期应将止血法与血止后调周法相结合,出血期或凉血、或清热、或化瘀、或收涩、或温经止血以治其标,非出血期复旧以治其本,重在补肾健脾,疏肝宁心,恢复月经周期,标本兼顾,疗效显著。

Disintegrating leakage is the name of traditional Chinese medicine disease,which is a kind of disease of abnormal menstrual volume and menstrual cycle in women.Professor Lu Qibin emphasized that the method of“clear source”should run through the whole process of disintegrating and leaky treatment.He believed that if it is not clear source,the flow cannot be stopped,and if it is not for the root,the old cannot be restored.In the treatment of clinical syndrome,it is suggested that hemostasis should be combined with the regulation of the cycle after blood stopping in the stage of hemorrhagic hemorrhage.In the bleeding stage,it can be treated by cooling the blood,clearing heat,removing blood stasis,retracting astringency,or warming the channels to stop bleeding,while in the non-bleeding stage,it can be treated by restoring the aging,focusing on tonifying the kidney and spleen,soothing the liver and calming the heart,and restoring the menstrual cycle.
