Integration Types of Natural Protected Areas

阐述国土空间分类、自然保护地分类及整合类型分类,解析整合类型内涵,包括调出和调入、归并转化和保留的内涵解析。重点讨论自然保护地交叉重叠区域的整合类型适用问题。提出自然保护地整合类型分为调出、调入、归并转化、保留4个类型;自然保护地涉及交叉重叠时,重叠区域若不是全部调出,那么除保留一个保护地外,其他保护地的整合类型按调出来处理等建议。

This paper discussed the classification and connotation of territorial space classification, natural protected areas classification and integration types, and analyzed the connotation of integration types, including the connotation of transfer-out and transfer-in, merging, transformation and retention, focusing on the application of integration types in overlapping areas. The integration types of natural protected areas were divided into four types: transfer-out, transfer-in, merging and transformation, and retention;if the overlapping natural protected areas were not all transferred out, the integration type of other protected areas should be handled according to the transfer out suggestions, except for retaining one protected area.
