基于网络文本与IPA分析法的郑州植物园游憩资源评价 被引量:1

摘要 选取郑州植物园作为研究对象,运用ROST Content Mining软件对从大众点评网、携程网等旅游网站获取的网络评价进行分析,筛选出高频词并制作语义网络分析图,以此为基础,运用IPA分析法构建模型,全面系统地评价郑州植物园游憩资源。结果表明,植物园整体游憩资源水平较高,各资源要素间关联协调度高。运用IPA模型对14个植物园游憩资源要素的重要性和满意度进行对比分析,整体满意度高而重要性分值较为分散,其中自然环境、植物资源、旅游成本等为优势要素,服务设施、管理水平等为弱势要素。提出丰富植物资源,科学配置管理,改进科普方式,增加主题活动等建议。 This paper selected Zhengzhou Botanical Garden as the research object, used the ROST Content Mining to analyze the tourist reviews of tourism websites including Dianping and Ctrip, screen out high-frequency vocabulary and make semantic network analysis, and on this basis, used the IPA analysis to construct models and evaluate recreational resources comprehensively. The results showed that the level of Zhengzhou Botanical Garden recreational resources was high, the link between resources coordination degree was high. The importance and satisfaction of 14 botanical garden recreation resource elements were compared and analyzed by using IPA model. The overall satisfaction was high and the importance score was relatively scattered, among which the natural environment, plant resources, tourism costs were the dominant elements, and the service facilities and management level were the weak elements. This paper put forward suggestions such as enriching plant resources, scientific allocation and management, improving the way of science popularization, and increasing theme activities.
