摘要
运用PEST-SWOT模型,从政治、经济、社会和技术角度,基于陕西省商洛市发展乡村旅居养老产业的内外部条件、宏观环境,分析其发展优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,提出政府牵头、引导乡村旅居产业发展;挖掘地方特色,打造乡村旅居养老优势品牌;充分利用现代技术加快旅居养老智慧化建设等对策。
This paper used the PEST-SWOT model to analyze the internal and external conditions and macro environment of development of the rural residential elderly care industry in Shangluo from the political, economic, social and technical perspectives, explored the development advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, and put forward the countermeasures for the government to lead and guide the development of rural residential elderly care industry;excavate local characteristics and create a domestic brand;make full use of modern technology to speed up the intelligent construction of the elderly in residential areas.
