Design and Appliation of a Daqu Powder Mixture and Transfer Equipment Used in Mechanized Baijiu Brewing Process

白酒机械化酿酒车间的曲粉转运多采用人工、推车或行车等方式实现,不同曲粉的转运和混合存在工作量较大、混合不均匀等问题,以至于影响车间劳动效率和酿酒工艺的执行。针对上述问题,本文分析与探讨了一种机械化酿酒车间用曲粉混合转运装置,其主要包括罐盖、进料搅拌齿、主罐体、主梁、控制面板等部分;其中,主罐体包括吊环、罐壁、叉腿口、斗型下料口、下料搅拌齿、电动下料阀门、支腿等部分。该装置通过控制面板控制进料搅拌齿、下料搅拌齿和电动下料阀门的开启或关闭,从而实现曲粉的混合及下料。实践表明,该装置的结构简单、设计合理,可方便机械化酿酒车间的叉车或行车实现对曲粉的混合及转运。

The transfer of Daqu powder in the mechanized Baijiu brewing workshop is mostly realized by manual, cart or driving, etc. The transfer and mixing of different Daqu powder have large workload and uneven mixing, which affects the labor efficiency and execution of brewing process. Based on the above problems, this paper analyzed and discussed a kind of mixture and transfer equipment used in mechanized Baijiu brewing workshop, which mainly includes tank cover, feed stirring teeth, main tank body, main beam, control panel, etc.Among them, the main tank body includes lifting ring, tank wall, fork leg mouth, bucket type feeding mouth, feeding mixing teeth, electric feeding valve, leg and other parts. The device controls the opening or closing of the feeding stirring teeth, feeding stirring teeth and electric discharging valve by control panel, to realize the mixing and transfering of Daqu powder. The practice showed that the device is simple in structure and reasonable in design, which can facilitate the mixing and transferring of Daqu powder by forklift trucks or trucks in mechanized Baijiu brewing workshop.
