摘要
建立青稞酒中氨基甲酸乙酯(EC)含量的高效液相色谱-荧光检测器(HPLC-FLD)测定方法。青稞酒样品经9-羟基吨衍生后,采用高效液相色谱-荧光法测定,通过色谱柱分离,用外标法定量,最后得出酒样中的EC含量,EC含量在10~500μg/L范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为95%~114%,RSD为2.0%,此方法可以准确快速的检测青稞酒中EC的含量。
The high-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector(HPLC-FLD) determination method of ethyl carbamate(EC)content in highland barley wine was established.After being derived by 9-hydroxytons, determined by HPLC-fluorescence, separated by chromatography column and quantified by external standard method. The EC content in the wine sample was obtained. The EC content was well linear in the range of 10~500 μg/L, with an average recovery of 95%~114% and RSD of 2.0%. This method can accurately and quickly detect the EC content in highland barley wine.
