建立了浓香型白酒中8种多元醇的检测方法。样品经氮吹浓缩后,用离子色谱法进行检测,重现性RSD值分布在2.74%~4.87%,回收率分布在93.10%~109.40%之间,可以用来准确定量8种多元醇。浓香型白酒中多元醇方法的建立,对于品质提升研究具有重要意义。

A detection method for 8 kinds of polyols in Nongxiang Baijiu was established.After the sample was concentrated by nitrogen blowing, it was detected by ion chromatography. The reproducibility was good and the recovery rate met the requirements. It could be used to accurately quantify 8 kinds of polyols.Polyols are the main source of sweetness in liquor. The analysis and research of polyols are of great significance in improving the quality of liquor and developing new liquor products.
