受限场地空间复杂曲面钢箱梁桥加工制造技术

摘要 平曲线曲率半径小、竖曲线坡度变化大、箱体截面宽大的匝道桥钢箱梁,采用整体胎架方法进行加工制作时,对加工场地等要求较高。以济南东客站匝道桥钢箱梁加工制作为工程背景,对受限场地中空间复杂曲面钢箱梁的加工制造技术进行了研究,采用纵向分段分胎倒装制作工艺进行匝道桥钢箱梁的加工制作并借助BIM技术对钢箱梁进行拼装模拟,解决了空间复杂曲面钢箱梁在受限场地内的拼装加工、厂外运输、工期紧张及质量保证等问题,为类似工程钢箱梁的制作及质量控制提供了参考。 The steel box girder of ramp bridge with small curvature radius of flat curve,large gradient change of vertical curve and wide section of box body is processed by the integral tire frame method,which has higher requirements on the processing site and so on.Based on the processing of ramp bridge steel box girder of Ji’nan east passenger station as the engineering background,the processing and manufacturing technology of the steel box girder with complex curved space in the restricted site was studied,and the processing technology of ramp bridge steel box girder was carried out by longitudinal segmenting and flip loading.By using BIM technology,the assembly simulation of steel box girder is carried out to solve the problems of assembly processing,transportation outside the factory,construction period and quality assurance of steel box girder with complex curved space in the restricted site,which provides a reference for the production and quality control of steel box girder in similar projects.
