摘要
围绕某大跨斜腿钢管桁架结构临时支撑卸载过程的变形监测技术开展研究。首先通过数值计算,得到卸载前后桁架结构的内力、变形等参数。结合计算结果,从施工阶段起对结构开展实时监测,得到卸载过程中桁架关键位置的变形等监测数据,通过对比分析保障结构在施工过程以及后续运营期间的安全性和可靠性。监测结果表明,理论数据与监测数据比对良好,监测技术具有较好的可信度与实用性,同时该桁架在施工卸载过程中是安全可靠的。
A study on the deformation monitoring technology of a large span inclined leg steel tube truss structure during temporary support unloading. Firstly, the internal force, deformation and other parameters of the truss before and after unloading are obtained by numerical calculation. Combined with the calculation results, the real-time monitoring of the structure was carried out from the construction stage to obtain the deformation monitoring data of the key positions of the truss during the unloading process. Through comparative analysis, the safety and reliability of the structure during the construction process and the subsequent operation period were guaranteed. The monitoring results show that the theoretical data is well compared with the monitoring data, the monitoring technology has good reliability and practicability, and the truss is safe and reliable in the process of unloading construction.
