超长地下车库跳仓法施工缝留设及控制措施研究

近些年随着房建行业装配式剪力墙结构的广泛应用,各类预制构件种类繁杂、规格众多,规范标准对于各类预制构件的存放有着明确的标准要求,如遇场地狭小则会造成预制构件存放场地布置成为现场平面布置的重难点,因此跳仓法也就成了解决超长地下车库结构施工,可及时充分地利用地下车库顶板的空间的极佳方案。超长地下车库跳仓法施工在昌平区东小口镇HC–031地块R2二类居住用地、HC–030地块A33基础教育用地建设工程的应用,通过对地下结构竖向和水平混凝土施工缝的留设方法及混凝土施工缝的控制措施的总结,为类似工程项目提供借鉴。
