超长地下车库跳仓法施工缝留设及控制措施研究 被引量:2

摘要 近些年随着房建行业装配式剪力墙结构的广泛应用,各类预制构件种类繁杂、规格众多,规范标准对于各类预制构件的存放有着明确的标准要求,如遇场地狭小则会造成预制构件存放场地布置成为现场平面布置的重难点,因此跳仓法也就成了解决超长地下车库结构施工,可及时充分地利用地下车库顶板的空间的极佳方案。超长地下车库跳仓法施工在昌平区东小口镇HC–031地块R2二类居住用地、HC–030地块A33基础教育用地建设工程的应用,通过对地下结构竖向和水平混凝土施工缝的留设方法及混凝土施工缝的控制措施的总结,为类似工程项目提供借鉴。 In recent years, with the wide application of prefabricated shear wall structures in the housing construction industry, various prefabricated components are of various types and specifications.The specifications and standards have clear standard requirements for the storage of various prefabricated components. If the site is small, the storage site layout of prefabricated components will become a major difficulty in site layout. Therefore, the bin hopping method has become a solution to the construction of the ultra-long underground garage structure, can timely and fully use the space of the underground garage roof is an excellent scheme. The application of the over-long underground garage jumping method in the construction project of HC-031 block R2 second-class residential land and HC-030 block A33 basic education land in Dongxiaokou town, Changping district, through the summary of the method of setting vertical and horizontal concrete construction joints of underground structure and the control measures of concrete construction joints, provides a reference for similar engineering projects.
